Heh, thank you Winbert ... Just a few problems: seller has only ONE feedback... saying the film is in used condition could mean just about anything, and EUR 299 is too much for a print that you don't know what condition it's in, what kind of stock, splices, leaders/tails, etc. etc. etc. well you get the drift.
Right now Goldfinger just isn't gonna happen for me anyway... we've had too many unexpected expenses, my hearing-aid failed last week and I'm having to pay to have it repaired (I really need a new one, those can run anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000 and there is NO insurance coverage for hearing-aids in the USA - which is pretty much criminal, if you ask me) well, the list goes on. Haven't even been to eBay in a week now.

Jan,
And again for you...but you'll have to dub it back into English I think!

That's a shame. Probably didn't sell because of the price!

Jan,
Just seen this "Goldfinger" copy on the U.K. ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Goldfinger-Super-8-Sound-colour-feature-Film-James-Bond_W0QQitemZ330030965059QQihZ014QQcategoryZ1476QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Thought you might like to leave an offer, as it's one of those "Buy It Now" or "Best Offer" auctions.

Thanks Man, that would actually have been a decent price (the GBP 150 that it sold for, I mean). I still couldn't have afforded it, though... in fact I'm no longer actively looking for this title (but will be certain to try again in a year or two). Thanks again everyone.
