I have what looks like part of an Elmo scope bracket. What is missing and is it accessible?

Dan

I think that's the bracket that holds the daylight viewer accessory on the Elmo range of projectors. Funnily enough, there was a viewer (erroneously described as a slide viewer) on ebay a while back minus the bracket.

Mike, that's exactly the daylight viewer holder.

Jean-Marc, do you know how much FFR's Elmo scope bracket cost? I can't quite make out the German language.

65 euros (86 USD) for up to 62.5mm lens diameter (rear barrel) and 75 euros (98 USD) for the 62.5.

I've opted for the Wittner version (one holder + adaptor rings) - which is more expensive - for one of my GS1200s (the other one is fitted with a swing-away system).

Jean-Marc, are saying the FFR bracket is a swing away version?

What are opinions on the swing away versus the stationary bracket? [Confused]

I've got both and I prefer the Swing Away bracket, probably mostly because I can leave it attatched to the projector even when the projector's not in use, and I can leave the lens all set up too whilst showing flat films. Saves a lot of fiddling around.

Mike, are you using a swing away that attaches to the projector? If so, where can I purchase one and about how much will it cost?

Can anyone provide a picture?
