I'm thinking this is a 9.5 machine judging by the visible sprocket.

Anyone know what make?

Certainly looks like 9.5 mm; could itbe a home-made?

Going by the sprocket, and the spool, it certainly is a 9.5mm machine.
As Martin says, it probably is home made.

Wow, this one is a mystery. It is definately not 8mm, and judging by the center sprocket it is probably 9.5mm, but were there any larger format films that used a center sprocket? It could be a home made job, judging by the meccano-like sprockets and chain. But I am wondering if it is something really vintage, early 1900's. That lamp house looks weird, like it is intended for gas or arc-lamp illumination. Very strange indeed.
Over to Martyn Stevens.........

I, too, was thinking of a possibly larger, lesser used format - in pic number two there, the spool looks a little wider than 9.5 gauge. Perhaps its just the angle from which the pic is taken.

I think there was a centre-perforated 17.5mm at one time.

The chain drive and the positioning of the sprockets look just like my 9.5mm Specto 500s' but it looks like someone ripped em out and built up there own, possibly for greater light output? It is pretty awesome in a frankensteinian way, with all the dribbles of glue, and the garish red.

There has been a few center perf formats. the 9.5mm and the early Biokam 17.5mm, and I have examples of 11mm and even 3mm with center perfs.....
