What is your suggestion for the price between $50-$200.

I need a scanner that can capture the small picture of 8mm without need an adapter.

The capture is going solely for checking picture quality (absolutely not for movie transfer, since this can be thousands $)

Any suggestion?

Hi Winbert

I've recently been doing a lot of picture captures of 35 mm slides via one of those low cost film scanners you see advertised. They have very high resolution small format scanners in them. You would probably have to make modifications to the carriers they include with them including making 8mm masks for the carrier to block light from anything but the film area.
For a very low cost you should be able to easily see color, exposure and clarity from the scan.

Here's one of the many out there for about $100 US.
