Somewhere out there an electric fan is missing its finger guard as well!
There is a store near me that offers video transfers of 8mm film (You know: before it "disintegrates"). They have a Keystone 8mm machine sitting in the window with a pair of Super-8 reels dangling loosely on the spindles. When I walk past I think how sad it is it will never project a film again.
-almost calls for some sort of rescue mission!

This is what a projector would look like if they every managed to cross an 8mm projector with a Kodak Carousel

That's a really depressing story Steve

Is this a rare projector?
Posted by Steve Klare (Member # 12) on November 22, 2010, 03:04 PM:
Welllll....
I'd say in its present form it's...unique!

I believe the top is part of the cooling system for the HTI conversion.

Such subtlety abounds. Now stand in the corner until the moderator releases you.

I think the idea could catch on! This has inspired me to work on my own design.

Doug,
That would be great if you were showing Carmen Maranda films.

I think it's a Bowser T10.

Hi Dan,
I think the translation of bauer is 'farmer' so it's possibly a colander,
John

Maybe it's from the impressionistic period. It's certainly not renaissance.
