Was the Black Pirate (silent, Douglas Fairbanks) ever released in a special colorized super 8 or the original two strip technicolor ...

or has it even been released in a restored two strip technicolor on DVD or Bluray?

You can legally download the complete film here for free. The DVDs are listed in the IMDB (and at least the last DVD is "restored to its original Technicolor splendor"). A Bluray-version is available on Amazon.com.

I saw that download, but it appears to be only a tinted version, but not the two strip technicolor.
