Looks like a lens-pair for a non-TTL-camera from the 1950s (or earlier). (16mm or Double8; one lens for the view-finder and one lens for the film)

I have one similar that has a light meter next to the lens. It's a D-mount lens made by Elgeet.

I can't tell what the piece is next to the lens on yours but the thread does look like a D-mount. Who makes it?

Thank you, that's what it is alright. I don't know who makes it, as the seller has not returned my email yet for more info.

I'm hoping it's a D-mount lens, as that's what the camera I have takes.
