Hi all. I’m a newbie here. I have a Eumig Mark DL 8mm projector and noticed that the lens assembly (Euprolux 1:1/25) appeared to have dirt and dust on the internal lens faces. When I unscrewed the lens barrel assembly, I accidently allowed some of the components to fall out. This resulted in getting the order of the lenses, washers and spacers inside completely mixed up. Does anyone here have a diagram of the re-assembly order or can someone very carefully take their DL lens apart and document the order of re-assembly? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Please give the "description" of the lens from the engravings around the front of the lens barrel.

The front of the lens barrel says "Made in Austria Eumig Euprolux 1:1/25" and that's all. Does this help?

Yes and No!
At least we now know what lens it is, because that is not the lens listed and normally fitted in Europe for that projector.
It seems it was the lens fitted for other parts of the World, as it also turns up on machines in New Zealand.
I do not have one, but someone may have a spare one they can take apart (?),or sell you.
My guess is that you will only succeed by locating a complete lens as a replacement.... try a search for the lens alone on your Ebay. Other Eumig lenses may fit.Original lens is listed here(very good, fast lens for maximum light output)

(Click on the Projector icon at the top, then on "Eumig", then on "Mark DL").
A general lesson to be learned for everybody: never take a lens apart unless you are sure what you are doing... and can document it as you go!!!!

Isn't that Eumig 1:1 should be Supragon? Why this is Eupronet which is usually 1:3 ?

It isn't EuproNET... it's EuproLUX.

Thanks Martin and Winbert. I regret having done it now but it was accidental & my dilemma ia getting it back together! The reference you gave, Martin, states that the lens should be: "lens: Eumig Supranova f: 1.0 \ 18-28 mm" but as I live in South Africa it might not correspond with the European model (unless it is the same lens but named differently?).

Can these Eumig lenses be interchanged or what do I need to look out for?
Do you think Eumig would still have a diagram or am I delusional?

Rod...if your lens is indeed 1.0, .... mind you, it is a very expensive lens!

Last time it was sold for EURO 150 for the lens alone.

I'm not from around, The Netherlands to be exact.
Are you still searching for this lens?
I have one, together with a Eumig Mark DL.
The last one is a bit heavy to send, but the lens can.
