I purchased a Minette S-5 for viewing some of my films and I noticed some dust and hair on the opaque screen inside.

There is a screw on top of the viewer. After removing the screw, the front housing that holds the glass screen does not detach . . . at least it does not detach with the amount of pressure that I'm willing to apply without knowing more.

Here's a picture of the dirt and hair on the screen. I'd also like to clean the inside of the glass screen, as I have noticed a number of spots . . . that might be the beginnings of fungus.

Has anyone taken this model apart? Just hoping to know a little more before I start trying to force the front glass screen off.
