Hi, I've been lurking for a couple of years now after I decided to view some movies I shot in high school and college. After 30 years even Alan Smithee does it better. However the film bug bit and I've been buying films and projectors mainly off ebay.
This leeds me to my latest purchase an elmo st1200dm. I should have known from previous experiences with vintage motorcycles what ran when last used meant. I need to replace the belts and hopefully just the bulb so looking for a pdf copy of the service manual.
Also has anybody used these

I'm getting frustrated with the price and availability of bulbs and these seem like a reasonable fix without modifying the projector.
Anyway enjoyed observinf the forum so now it's time to participate,

Hi Mike, Welcome to the forum! I recommend using the OSRAM XENOPHOT 15v 150w EFR lamp in your Elmo ST1200D. They are available from Steve Osborne at THE REEL IMAGE. I think that this is the best lamp I've ever used in my Elmo 1200 projectors. Also, if you e-mail me, I could send you the PDF of the service manual for your projector....
