Mattias
Is there an advantage to capture at 5fps?

i like 5fps itīs maybe less stress on the projector and the film and itīs more silent:)
and when i capture high exposure i need slower fps to

in the capture software there is Gain setting but that i do not use it adds only digital noise

so i use only the exposure setting in the software

low exposure setting i use is 1/1072 sec that itīs very fast then i can capture at 18 fps if i want

high exposure setting i use 1/86 sec then i need to capture at 5 fps maby i can go max to 8 fps but to be safe i use 5 fps

if i remember right if i have exposure faster then 1/166 sec i can capture at 18fps

heh machine vision cameras are very fast it captures the film frame between the shutter blades even at 18 fps [Smile] so need to cut the shutter blads
