Anyone else ever wonder why Columbia's 8mm division chose never to release these 2 titles complete rather than just sound versions of the one reel editions? It just never made sense to me. Furthermore, I've always pondered why they never did sound versions of all their silent one reel titles such as "The Black Room" and "Return Of The Vampire" which would have been great sound digests being that the editing was right on par with anything Castle Films released.
