I'm trying to upload a photo from my IPad but it fails because the image is too big. How do I reduce the size?

Sorry, not Brad or Douglas, but I assume you have to download a paint program. There's many free apps I believe and check if any of them have resize option

Does that online thing work on an ipad? I thought they needed specialized software, but I never owned one, so do not know

But apps should be plenty
