I have an Eumig Mark S 712 in almost mint condition (very few working hours)
BUT I think its very noisy .....is this normal for this model ?

The pins that pull the film through the machine are very close to the left side of the "window" (seen horisontial).
When I pull the cord and "turn" the maschine there isnt any strange sounds coming from the projector.

Are adjustments required or what else could seem to be the matter ? ?

Hi Niels, There are several points that perhaps need oiling. The main horizontal shaft goes through a set of bearings and there need one drop of fine oil on them after a few year's use. The other point is the bearing underneath the motor and fan housing. This is more difficult to reach. I have use a piece of cardboard soaked in oil to get to the this bearing. The projector should be quite quiet in running so make sure that the gates are in the correct position before using.

I will find my oling kit and hope for a more quiet projector.
