Hiya everyone, am restoring my father's old Sekonic 30C standard 8 and have noticed a strange spigot in the middle of the lower framework/feet. Anyone know what it is for? It does not unscrew. Very odd!

I need replacements for the belts. Does anyone know if i can get some in the UK . Seen some for $29 on U.S ebay.
