I just won a 200' Super 8 digest or extract called "The Beast From the Cellar," originally put out by the company Showtime Movies. Anyone know if this is taken from a feature with a different title? The cover makes it look like it might be one of those early-60's Italian vampire films.

You're correct! This is a digest of the 1962 Italian film "Slaughter of the Vampires", concentrating on the end of the film.
