i believe that the enter the dragon spoof segment was release but by whom?

The only spoof like that I remember is the "Fistful of Yen" segment of Kentucky Fried Movie which was released by Major 8 Movies.

There are two reels, one is "Fistful of Yen", the other is a cut-down of the rest of the movie.
