In the past I had almost all my Super8 movies in German sound.
I was 14 and could understand German better than English back than.
Now I had this movie: Tim und Struppi im sunnen-tempel, and found it again, but not in a good condition.
I'm in between of buying it, due to nostalgic reasons, but does anyone know,...
Is this film ever been released in English or Dutch as well?

Not in English for sure. I don't know in Duthc since there are a lot of mystery about Dutch 8mm companies. They relased many titles that we don't see often in english market.

I'm probably stuck to the german version.
I shall put an add for this one too.

Unfortunately the print has faded really.
The description says 3 x 80' = 240', for those who knew this UFA's release, are the three reels joined making a sensible story or just jumping between three different stories?
How many Tintin series did UFA release?
cheers,

I only know about this 3x 80m version on Super8.
I was 14 years old when I had this movie.
Now that I see the screenshots, I'm a bit disappointed about how simple the cartoon looks.
To think, the longer version of this movie was also in the big cinema.

As I wrote to You: I was disappointed back then that all the songs had been cut, although You can read the name of the composer of the songs in the credits.
My print (maybe 4 years ago) wasn’t faded at all; so there ARE better prints out there...

I remember oliver.
I've never seen the complete film, so the songs are unknown for me.
I'll wait for a better print.
The covers are beautifull, and also missing here as well.
