I'm just curious ...

Are there any Russian Super 8 film websites? I'm just curious as to what might just be available over there.

The only films I have seen coming out on Ebay are 16mm, and they are usually from Ukraine, or one of the other former Soviet Bloc countries. They have quite strict export controls. You are not allowed to take any book out of the country published before 1950. We made enquiries about a DVD as most shops have closed due to the internet, and was told they were prohibited from posting it to the UK. Sorry, this is getting away from your original question. Searching on Ebay doesn't bring anything up. Russian made 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm cameras were popular in the West, but could the Russians afford them?
