Only one problem, NO SOUND.Does this machine hve a built in loud speaker?. The guide book talks about connecting a external speaker?

Thanks sound now working. Seems l hadn't treaded the film correctly. Another question. The speed is supposed to be variable between 18 and 24 fps. It seems to be running slow., any suggestions?

It *might* be a loose belt. It's a pain to change on these machines. And while at it, giving a good clean to all moving parts, as well as lubricant (silicone based grease on plastic, lithium based grease on metal parts) will surely help.
