Hi. I'm new on here but hope to gain a lot more insight into the various 8mm projectors that I have inadvertently accumulated.
I have my father's Paillard Bolex 18-5 and yes you guessed ahead...I don't have the power cable! Am I able to use a three pronged cable that I have...if I shave the plastic to fit? I hope to post a pic here.....if I can work out how to do it. Nope….that looks far too complicated. Any advice here about the cable?

You can shave other plugs to fit but the slots have to be the correct size and distance apart.
