Hello Ian

Yes still works great. The audio is giving me trouble but with a little work Ill have that fixed soon. No reason to retire the old boy.

Thanks for asking.
I hope all is well on your end [Smile]

Hi Alan, Good to hear from you again, I'm glad to hear that your EX. is still in use. I have an EX.1500 in regular use, and it's a real workhorse, I think they're great.

I picked up another projector last year which is a Bauer Selecton II. It's a pedistal projector with a Geneva intermittent,5000ft feed and take-up, Kinaton lamphouse. It has double-Band Sep-Mag,Stereo, Com-Opt. The BBC were the last owners of this machine before me, so it was serviced regular. The only problem with it was that it was 3 Phase power driven, and the BBC rebuilt the power supply to there own spec so a friend of mine has just finished converting the main power supply unit to Single Phase (without the use of a schematic) and I'm waiting for my friend to come over to fit the new power unit back in, so I hope everything works ok after the refit with not to many problems. I will try and post a picture of it here, I've not posted an image on this site before, so I hope I do it right.

Alan,
If you're still looking, Emperor just showed up on eBay. I've dealt with the seller before and found him to be accurate about the condition of his films. Just e-mail him a question about the color.
