Updated 30 April PM
I've decided to sell off most of my film collection. I've had little time to enjoy the hobby since the birth of my daughter and now it looks like we'll be heading to Europe for a while in the near future for work, so I'd much rather get these films to people who will enjoy them rather than have them sit around in storage. I'll start up an equipment thread in the next day or two as well.
All films are super 8mm in good to excellent condition. Prices do not include postage. I'll be adding to this list over the next few days, so please check back and thanks for looking!
$100 THE VAMPIRE BAT (1932) with Fay Wray 1x800
$125 WHITE ZOMBIE (1932) with Bela Lugosi 1x1200
$125 SON OF KONG (1933) 4x400
[ON HOLD]$100 WAR OF THE WORLDS (1953) 1x1200
$50 SATAN'S SATELLITES (Feature-length release of 1952 serial ZOMBIES OF THE STRATOSPHERE) with Leonard Nemoy 3x400 and 1x200
$75 SEVENTH VOYAGE OF SINBAD (not the feature-length release, but the four excerpts sliced together; color) 1x800
$125 THE BEAST FROM HAUNTED CAVE (1959) 1x1200 RARE!
$75 CLASH OF THE TITANS (1981) 1x800

Sounds to me that you also like Bela Lugosi as much as I do?
Good old Bela

Having been into Bela so to speak for many years I’ve come to collect quite a bit of material including photos. Last year I was fortunate to obtain an original ink autographed picture of Bela which is my prized Bela possession. The photo is nicely faded with a slightly torn edge and faded ink, but its nice to hug on a dark winters night when the bats are about.
Glad you liked the Bela image shown. Much underrated actor who got stuck in a rut thanks to Hollywood and typecast. Whoever buys your Bela films from you will have superb vintage titles which these days are great from a nostalgia show. Whoever wins White Zombie remember that money ran out part way through making it and Bela put his money to complete it from the Dracula flick.
Best
Lee

This one is of a very nice painting

Scott, thanks for confirming that, as I was confused as to whether I had asked for you to hold it for me.
Look forward to hearing from you.

What does "bump for update" mean?
OSI
Posted by Lee Mannering (Member # 728) on May 31, 2007, 03:30 AM:
“Just a pin prick monsieur, or perhaps a little wine?”
Posted by Scott G. Bruce (Member # 384) on May 31, 2007, 04:05 PM:
"Bump for update" means that I've revised my original message, but simply revising it doesn't move it to the top of the list of messages, so I've also replied to it myself, thus giving it a bump to the top.
Make sense?
