There is a Niles print up on Ebay at the moment:

That seller is selling off what looks like a great collection of films. Last week I was tempted by 'Streets of Sorrow' and 'Blood of a Poet'. Unfortunately, all Niles prints, which are a bit too much of a gamble for my liking....

The eBay print is only on 4 x 400 reels so is a heavily edited print (not that a truly complete one exists). However, the Blackhawk print was as good a restored print as I have seen in the 8mm format (6 x 400'). The DVD from Image Entertainment is from the Blackhawk source material and has been stretch printed to slow down the action.
