on the creature from the black lagoon on super8 format does this even exist

It does exist in Super 8 sound and silent. Sound would be around 30.00 as this is a popular title. Silent about $15 or so. It also comes in standard 8mm about 10.00. The title in those formads is Creature From The Lagoon. There is also a Super 8 3D version. But the effects are not good. The film is usually faded. Price would be about $50-70.

Not if you buy it new from Derann. Depth of field works really well.

Absolutely right. I was speaking in a broad sense such as Independent 8. I had Creature, It Came Fom Outer Space and 1 other title I can't remember and they all gave me headaches!

Not in 8mm or s8mm I believe in 16mm only.
