"One Froggy Evening" was actually released only about a year or two ago on super 8. If I'm not mistaken, by Derann Films. I have heard that the print quality is very good and it is well worth getting, but may cost ya, as these new prints these days are costly.

thanks for the info. Seems odd such a classic wouldnt have been printed up in the thousands. Im sure it would have sold well...

Nicholas,
If only there were enough collectors to buy a print run that large! I'd be surprised if there were more than a hundred "Froggy Evenings" out there.

what about the castle/ken films type stuff? what sort of production run did those little 200ft monster movies get?

ONE FROGGY EVENING was also issued by the notorious Steve V...(!) so , there is a chance you may find it in America. The quality is very good.

There were tens of thousands of many of the Castle monster films produced.

This one was released by Derann a couple of years ago,in its full length, i purchased a print myself and it is excellent all round and one of the funniest cartoons availible. a classic!
Give Derann a mail and see if they have any left, well worth it and im sure this was one of the last super 8 releases.
