I have started a few auctions of Super 8mm films AND 16mm films in my store on eBay Germany. Almost all the films have english soundtracks (except for the silents, those have english intertitles).

Shipping worldwide will be 3.45 Euro (£ 2.85; $ 4.50) for all the films up to 400', the longer one ("Steamboat Bill") will be 7 Euro (£ 5.75; $ 9.15).
