Are you sure hatchback is not a digest version.I've seen others sets have more reels.
I thought the Blackhawk version had 11 reels

This version of HUNCHBACK, on five 400 ft reels, without a soundtrack, totals 2 hours, 19 minutes and 21 seconds while playing at the silent speed of 18 FPS. That hardly sounds like a digest film! (The IMDb has clocked the 1923 film at 133 minutes, which is just over 2 hours.)
So obviously another version with a soundtrack playing at 24 FPS would require more 400 ft. reels.
While I did not describe my film as being a Blackhawk product, I examined the leader of reel #1 to reveal both the title and the number "810-294".
