Who made this cartoon in the first place? Was it a TV production? (you know, Hanna Barbera, Filmation, ect?)

I have no idea, though I once had the cartoon in s8 - Still angry at myself for selling things away too quickly without thought - I think it was British, though not sure - came in a plastic-open box, like a sandwich board - If anyone sees it, give me a nod - Shorty
