Any left handed 8mm projector has ever been made?
Just a thought to have two projectors sitting side by side without any hassle grabbing the buttons of the second projector.
cheers

Did anybody check out the "left handed projector" that was featured in a photo from the 49th BFCC?
Perhaps this is what you are looking for, Winbert!
Dave.

I was able to dig up a picture of a very rare, lefthanded version of the Elmo GS1200 - it never reached production stage, as apparently they ran into a bug with the lettering all wrong ... anyway, here it is:

A rare find Jan :-) I have the solution to operating it. Just hold a mirror in one hand and while viewing the projector throught the mirror, operate the projector witht he other hand. I believe more problems are inherent with this model; reverse is actually forward and visa versa. This Omle also operates under water.

That it does, but you have to modify the machine first in order to turn the fan motor into a water pump, so as to constantly pump water out from the insides (the water itself will take care of cooling the lamp).

Is it true that if you use a left-handed projector too often you'll go blind??

Hmm, that would explain why the left-handed GS didn't make it into production.
The engineers all went blind before it was ready.
