Hi. Well, there's not much more to say than that: I am looking for a DGB bulb compatible with a GAF 2388Z projector. I was hoping to find one in New York City so that I could test the bulb before purchasing. Please PM me if you have any leads on this item. Thanks!

Matthew,

Welcome to the Forum! I live in NYC, but I purchase my bulbs online. The GAF 2388Z uses DGB and DFE bulbs (both are 80 watt 30 volt).
You can order the DFE bulb from here.
I've ordered many times from this vendor.

I owned one of the GAF Dual models some years ago and I recall that if I couldn't locate a DGB, it would also take a DMD. I believe they were interchangeable. Try BulbDirect.com
