I have two rolls of new black plastic leader mounted on 400ft reels for sale at $20 each or both for $35 plus shipping USA only. I got these in a trade but I don't use plastic leader.

Is it lightstruck film, Neumade, or made by whom?
Thank you!

I will only ship USA, sorry. International is not worth the hassle to me for this.
It is plastic leader and it is black. I don't know who made it, but it is quality leader. Being plastic one must use tape splices with it.

I've had terrible success with Neumade because the numbers of frames per foot aren't necessary punched correctly, so I've had to throw out lots of otherwise good leader and editing since changing main projectors -- it won't even load in an Elmo.
Another way to check this is to simply hold any good quality processed film up against the leader and see if the holes match up for at least several inches. The Neumade product was REALLY off, so it won't be hard to see the mismatch -- it only took several inches for it to be off by a full frame.

Then this is not Neumade because it threads easily and is dimensionally stable. Great for tail leaders and a few feet before the picture begins adds to presentation.

Precisely! That's why I like having a good supply on hand, too.
However, before I could use an Elmo, I would've called the Neumade leader easy-threading and dimensionally stable, too.

I don't know what could be different about an Elmo so far as film progressing through it or not... this leader works on my Elmo ST1200, Eumig 824, and Kodak M100. Don't know what else to say on it.

Price reduction $15 each or $20 for both 400ft rolls.
