This great projector has been my machine of choice for a few years but I am not using it very much nowadays. I feel it is time to find a new home for it.

It was totally checked, refurbished and improved by "Il Maestro" Ugo Grassi in 2007, so needless to say it is in excellent running condition. It is very quiet and projects a perfectly steady picture.
This is a "P" model, one of the more recent incarnation of the projector, purposedly built without recording capabilities.
- 250 W xenon lamp (low use, strikes on immediatly)
- Two-blade shutter for increased light throughput
- 360 m / 1200ft spool capacity
- Stereo / dual track magnetic sound
- Mono optical sound
- Metal threading shoe, to limit scratching risk at upper sprocket wheel
- ESS capabilities / variable speed
- Elmo f1.1 15-25mm zoom lens
Sold with a vinyl dust cover, power cord, 1200ft Elmo metal take up spool in can, 800ft elmo plastic spool in box, "The Mean Season" optical sound feature.
Price: 1600.00 euros
S&H to western Europe countries: 80.00 euros
(The shipping weight and the voltage (220/240v) means that I can only sell to someone in Europe.)
Option: for an additionnal 230.00 euros, the machine will be fitted with the amazingly bright Elmo f1.0 zoom lens (offer valid only with projector purchase).
Machine is sold.

Also being an owner of a 'Ugo Grassi' revised Elmo GS1200 Xenon, I can only add: Grab this machine while you can ! You will not be disappointed.
Xenon light brings a whole new dimension to the super 8 image. It's not only about light output but also about increased focus and contrast.
And last but not least: Ugo's revisions make for a VERY smooth running machine.
I know Ugo is dying for me to publish a complete review of my machine on the forum. Don't worry: I am working on it but also busy finishing my screening room

Antonio: Wittner has it for sale at 300 euros. There are also clones available, and if you search the forum, Ugo Grassi is having some specifically made.
