Here is one that I came across,
GUILLOTINE SUPER-8 FILM SPLICER - Makes splices from roll tape. Includes 1 roll of splicing tape, enough for 350 splices. Can also use Super-8 Presstapes. Excellent in the OB with instructions - $59

The Fujica Super 8 Splicer is available from The Reel Image..They also sell the pre perforated roll tapes for the fujica splicer.

I got lucky and picked a brand new CIR off eBay and received it today in a sealed box brand spanking new!!
