I posted the link on the thread "Cinemascope Lens for sale" right below this one. Its not such a good deal. In fact..its a terrible one. The rear diameter is so small it will cause vignetting with the majority of cameras. Better to go with a Kowa or something with a larger diameter.

Hi Alan, the answer is that the lens for sale,is an excellent little
lens,in fact Akshay bought one some weeks ago and he was very
pleased with it.It shouldn't cause vignetting if it's kept on a wide
angle on the camera,it was originally used on the Fuji P1 & P2
range of single 8 cameras and rendered excellent results.
Changing the subject, your film is on it's way posted today.

I believe it's a good lens but his pricing is off. There is one on eBay France now for $750 ish..
And there is no way there is only 15 left in the world. Where do people come up with their figures??

At least the ad was good for a chuckle.

I'm an happy owner of the baby hypergonard found for few euros on Ebay last year, perfect on 50mm on my GH2. I also had another one found in a super 8 shop in Paris last month and sold it on Ebay (I'm the "one" in France [Wink] ). Believe me, it worth any penny. For the moment it's on a Canon FD 50mm lens, and I'm going to try it on 40mm voigtlander classic. I tried it on pancake Holga plastic lens and was able to focus very very closed. On the Canon minimum focus distance is around 1m50. I hope I will have the same result on the Voigtlander, I suppose it's a question of flange distance... Here is some movies with it :
