I checked various websites and the cost for the DFN-DFC projector bulb is more that $50.00. Can somebody help me out with a bulb at a reasonable price?

Armando, if you search for any bulbs that run 120-125v 150w they are similar but you will have to do some research as some can be taller than others i have a DFG in my 466A auto-load and it calls for a DLH which is rated for 250w but since its only 150w its OK.
Check Donsbulbs.com for specs this bulb is 41.50 at easternlightbulbs.com, or 37.85 at http://www.genesislamp.com/dfn.html

Mondo, I have two DCF lamps which are 21 v 150 w. Should be compatible.
