This was purchased right here from forum member. It is in excellent cosmetic and running condition. Included is original manual, power cord, spare belt and lamp. I will include an original Elmo 800' take up reel. The price includes shipping! So please bare that in mind. Check the attached pic. Paypal is accepted at my email address. The price is 275.00.

You are very welcome Jan. I just so happy it's going to you. I know how you take good care of your equipment. This thing is spotless. Inside and out. Enjoy it because I did.

Pasquale-Try and get a 2-bladed shutter for your GS. It makes a big difference. What kind of lens is it coming with. The f1.1 or f1.0?

Hi Larry

f.1 I think. What a 2 blade shutter? I am not planning on any transfers?

The 2 Blade Shutter is best for CinemaScope prints but otherwise you may be happy with the Brightness as is especially if you have the 1.0 lens. Keep in mind that installing a 2 Blade Shutter is not for the Faint Hearted; its best done by a professional.

It has the f1.1 lens. If I thought I needed the 2 blade shutter I would install it myself. I am a professional! [Cool]

I've had members of my family complain about the flicker when using a projector with a 2-bladed shutter. The rate of 72 flashes per second on the 3-bladed shutters is too fast for the eye to perceive.

Just make sure you REALLY need that extra brightness before you tear into this, and also that you'll not need to be showing anything at 18fps.

I ran films with it today and the shutter blade that's in there is fine. What a beautiful running projector. I love the push buttons. And it is immaculate inside. I can't believe I finallt got one. [Wink]

Pat sent me a surprise gift today to go along with the ST1200 I bought from him. It's one of his ingenious DIY projector covers.

Thanks Pat...My new Elmo will be very cozy in it's cover.
