It has few hours of work. Everything is new: lamp, claw, heads. It records (I changed the exaust capacitors). 1.0 lens.
It doesn't scratch the film. I made some hidden modifications to avoid damages to the film.
3000 euro. Two blades shutter (every blade at 45° instead genuine - but too big - 53°). Under request three blades shutter.

Yes I mounted a metal tensioner.
I like to modify the genuine tensioner, but a metal part is an other good way. I used both the ways and the result is always good.

Also here in the states you will have to use it with a Step up convertor because his machine is designed for 220 Volts not 110.

It probably won't work period in the states because of the 50Hz, 60Hz issue...I purchased one of the MARC 300 ones once and it has forever sat dormant for that reason.

No it will work if you get a voltage convertor. The motor isn't asynchronous so the speed isn't determined by the HZ like the ST1200's and the Bauer T600 series are- to name a few. Once the voltage is correct it will play at the correct speed and all functions should work the same. Alan Gouger has the Euro Xenon from Ugo and I hear it's working beautifully.

I can confirm Alan it works perfect. My Euro Fumeos on the other hand I must run them at 18fps which works out to perfect 24fps speed.

How does that work? Wouldn't they run at 21.6fps? Otherwise all Euro projectors would work in the US that had 18fps....

I'm not sure of the math involved but that is correct. When I had the Bauer T600 at 18fps it would run at 24fps. I could tell that the speed was correct because of the pitch of the voices. Also when I had a Fumeo 9119 for a few days at 18fps it was an accurate 24fps as well.

The mains frequency between the U.S. and the U.K. changes as we know from 50Hz to 60Hz.

60Hz is 120% of 50Hz, therefore if you calculate what 1.2x 18fps is, it works out at 21.6fps not 24fps as Mr Everette suggests.

Again, this is applicable only for a.c. motor driven machines only, not the GS 1200, Bauer T610 /525 or Beaulieu 708el etc etc.

Hello all

The mistake made in these calculations has more to do with the original innacuracy of the 18fps pulley on AC motor machines such as the Fumeo 9119 and Bauer T600. I would bet that setting the belt to 18fps ran from a 50hz source would give a speed closer to 20fps hence it runs at 24fps on a 60hz supply.

Back on topic Ugo your Elmo Xenons look amazing and I am sure any purchaser will be delighted with such a perfect example.

You may very well be correct there Kevin in your assumption, but I doubt most would run a full two frames per second faster than they should by design of their pulley systems @18fps in their native land.

Perhaps somewhere in the mid point may be true for both examples here

I suspect a Fumeo 9119 running on 18fps in the U.S. will still be running a tad shy of a true 24fps.
