One of these on e bay yesterday afternoon for a giveaway price of £70 barring a penny Inc free postage.
It lasted about an hour on there!
Some lucky person got a steal here with this, and if I didn't already have one, it would have been me.

Alessandro had started a new thread to include the connection diagram. I added it to his original post.
I love this machine! I find it that it makes the cleanest recordings of any Super 8 editor or projector.
Andrew,
I find it in bad form to talk about a lower price in someone's For Sale thread.

You ought not to Doug. It was a bargain basement charity style shop sale I believe, and as such, had no validation to all of its functionality.
Alessandro in contrast, is a cine enthusiast who no doubt knows that this is a well cared for, fully functioning, perfect example which he can no doubt validate.
Alessandro is friend here and elsewhere, he knows only too well I wouldn't do anything to jeprodize his sale in any way shape or form.
The example was pointed out here, just to further highlight what a good machine these really are, and just how quickly they can get snapped up even with no guarantees whatsoever.

Andrew,
I completely understand your intentions are honorable, however a possible buyer may now decide to wait for another such opportunity to present itself. I think it is best not mention these in someone's sale thread. Feel free to contact me off Forum to pursue further. Thanks!

Thanks Doug.
Andrew, no problem friend, I know it is always difficult to give a value to our equipment in our wonderful hobby.
Last year I sold an Erno RE-904 Stereo Sound editor(same building of Goko RM 8008) for EUR 249.-- here in Switzerland, no shipping costs.
I am always open to negotiate the price within reasonable offers.

Point taken thanks Doug.
Good luck with your sale here Alessandro. I am certain its new owner will be delighted with your example here.

They are a lovely editor Kevin.
Limited in so much as they are useless to synchronize with over any length of time, given their lack of sprockets, but otherwise a great tool to duplicate tracks upon, and great for cleaning, rewinding films on, and just checking new prints to us all on before committing to projection.
I use mine regularly and love it to bits! It's a great tool to add to the toolkit!
