Just been looking at this title and really enjoy it,it has a charm about it that makes it very easy on the eye if like me your not into trains. This is Days of Steam released through Derann and features the Nine Elms (early 50's),Isle of Man (1964) and Marlybone stations.Colours do vary but this is due to the source they came from, some negative wear lines can be seen on the left of the picture but gives an appeal in itself with the subject matter.Sound is very good with a catchy tune and an informative narration, running time is just over 6 minutes.

Hi Mark,
Was this film originally released by Fletchers?
The reason I ask is they produced a number of 6/7 minute rail films each one under the generic 'Days Of Steam' title followed by another title, eg 'West of Darlington' 'On the Western Region' etc.
regards,
Mal

Hi Mal,
My copy is in a plain box but at the beginning of the film it has the DFS title followed by Days of Steam and then the title collectors magazine,I know Fletchers released a few titles like this as well as Walton but no mention of this only the Derann title at the start..Mark.
