Percy has had the world's first penis transplant, so being as well endowed as is insinuated, he beds lots of married women. The local authorities want to lock him away so, to escape, he jumps on board his own yacht and takes to the sea for a year, drinking nothing but champagne.
Unbeknown to him, when he is at sea, a chemical has been released into the world's water supply rendering all men impotent......leaving only HIM fertile!
Once ashore, his first visit is to a brothel to relieve his year long sexual tension. The British government then track him down and want to use him to help re-populate the world.
This is a 4x400' Walton film which was on 2x full 800' spools when I purchased it.
It has to be said.... in my opinion, the film is as silly as the story line and a waste of some excellent talent in the shape of Harry H.Corbett, Denholm Elliott, Judy Geeson, Anthony Andrews, James Booth and Vincent Price to name a few. The only actor that was the remotest bit amusing was Barry Humphries as both a doctor and an Australian "Edna Everage-esque" TV Lady.
The lead is played by Leigh Lawson (Twiggy's husband).
The print I have in my possession is well used. There are a few faint tramlines throughout, with some green in places, and a section which was heavily spliced which, sadly on this occasion, didn't detract from what was on the screen. However, the colour has held up quite well and the sound was fine.Still a watchable image, though.
If you are looking for a porn film in this title, forget it. I have seen more tits and bums in a Carry On feature.Although Percy is seen in bed with several women, not a lot happens. My advice would be to stick to collecting the Confession films. At least they were funny.

Melvin, thanks for that review, (& warning ).
We do have Confessions of a Driving instructor which while saucy, does raise a smile or two.

I've not seen this, but it sounds in a similar vein to Confessions of a Milkman, which I have the full feature of. It's in perfect condition and with perfect colour. The film is dire!

Goes to show we'll watch any old crap as long as it's on film, this really is a daft film and no Oscar winner but if you haven't seen it you must, it had to be popular because the print I had was well run too, it was either enjoyed or ran a lot to show how bad it is!!! Plenty about and not expensive so seek out a copy, Mark

Not the Amorous Milkman maybe John, staring Diana Dors?
I have a similar offering entitled "She"ll Follow You Anywhere".
An amusing 70's title staring Keith Baron and Kenneth Cope on optical sound and still with superb low fade colour.
It's an amusing film if not a little dated now and reminds us all of the innocence of the era and some of the outlandish fashions here in the UK at that time!
Oooh er missus!

I've often thought to pick up a copy of Percy's progress - but I do have the full length Iver copy of the Amorous Milkman - which is worth having for the supporting cast alone - I also have a full length copy of Confessions of a Pop Performer and again - what a cracking supporting cast. It's a shame that at that time in the early to mid 1970's the British Film Industry churned out these movies - but it's an excellent celluloid record of some of britain's memorable comic performers.

Duh, yes! The Amorous Milkman. I thought it was awful. Still it only cost a tenner.

John, i bought the Amorous Milkman 400ft edition. I viewed it once and thought, what a waste of my filmguard
I ebayed it on and luckily got a £2 profit
The print was darn good though.

Oddly The Amorous Milkman featured the actress Nancie Wait, who only made one other film, The Au Pair Girls which also had extracts released on Super 8. What were the chances of that, I wonder?
