Have been reading a lot but not said anything in a while!

I have found a 16mm silent film in our collection entitled "Charles Chaplin in 'Sobering Up'", from Williams & Ivey Films, Stockwell Cine Centre. It shows Charlie in a fitness centre dressed in a one-piece swimsuit. He dips his toe in the pool, dries himself vigorously, then watches another small guy being rather brutally 'massaged' by a huge man (I think probably Eric Campbell) until it's Charlie's turn to be massaged. He does some amazing acrobatic stunts to escape being massaged! I assume this is a part of one of Chaplin's films made for Mutual Film Co around 1916 - 17. He has the small clipped moustache, but is not dressed as The Tramp in this sequence. It is spliced together with a sequence called 'Man Hunt', which is from the 1917 film The Adventurer.

Does anyone recognise the sequence at all? Also, does anyone know about Williams & Ivey Films? Were they connected with Stockwell Cine Centre? The BFI database mentions them with no information. I presume they were re-issuers of vintage films on 16mm stock possibly in the 1950s? The film is on DP 16mm stock.
