I just installed a worm gear on a BELL & HOWELL 1545B, I cleaned all the grease off all the metal and plastic parts, what grease should i use on worm and what grease should i use on plastic gears, is there anything that has to be oiled and what kind of oil.( worm is black w/ aluminum core i think its aluminum) any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated thanks, David.

I use the Precision Oilier Radio Shack &
Super Lube clear #21030 on all of the plastic gears
I do many re lube jobs with this for many years
Great stuff to work with. can be bought at most auto parts stores, hardware stores
