Having seen this on his Listing.."I will Gladly Respond to all Questions!..... I tried to ask a question. Ebay told me he was not accepting questions!
Perhaps someone already asked him my Question...."Who was Denzel Washington? Was he George Washington's Father?

At least shipping is free. And since he says it must be delivered by hand, I'm assuming he'll fly anywhere to you but then you'll have to buy him dinner.

This is similar to the 8mm amateur clip of Elvis in concert for sale a year or so ago. That was offered at an astronomical price too. Don't know if anyone bought it.

What a Bellend!!!! [Big Grin]
All i can say is, is there someone who would be dumb enough to actually bid on it? [Big Grin]

... maybe he hopes that Denzel sees the auction and bids on it (as the acting in first roles isn't that good in most cases)?

However: You do get the complete rights for this film - so you can actually make 16mm-/super8-prints from it, get it transferred and sell it on DVD/Bluray, ... .

Joerg, "copyright" may be held by the buyer but not the "performing rights". This is two different things.

I think if the owner makes DVD or any public media for commerccial purposes, the owner still needs to be in touch with Denzel. That is what I understand about "the rigths"

I think Winbert is right on this, the buyer, if there is one, could
wind up with a very expensive home movie.

When this gets re-listed, he might be better moving the decimal point 5 places to the left. Certainly gave us a good laugh [Wink]

A reply from the seller.I hold all rights to film. It was my personal project. I would deliver film personally if state side. Film would have to be delivered via courier service. Legal papers would have to be signed by myself relinquishing me of all rights and passing them on to new owner. Any further questions do not hesitate to ask.
