You won't believe this, but I have FOUR Revere 16's, and the sound does not work on any of them. I have checked the exciters, think it is something more serious. Also, one machine has a problem where the feed reel wants to go in reverse while in project mode. Anyone have any experience with these? They are gorgeous and I like the 400' take up reel arm option when running shorts. Help!
