Just upgraded to a 2592 from a 1585, more bells and whistles
Is there an optimal number to set the bass and treble?
Its kinda wierd originally I got choppy voice and clear music then when I adjusted the sound lens I got clear voice but choppy music.
Does anybody know the proper measurment the sound lens should be?

Do you refer to the lens of the sound optics, or the two tone control knobs?
If you have actually adjusted the sound optics you are in big trouble.
If it's the tone controls, the answer to your question is to set them in their central positions are work each way with each control until the sound is clear on speech and slightly deep for music.
You have to play it by ear!
