Greetings fellow film enthusiasts!

This may sound like a stupid question but when you run the projector thru a stereo which power do you turn on first the projector power amp first or the stereo amp first?

It is usually considered safe practice to turn on all devices preceding the power amp first, usually in order, then the power amp last.

I agree about the power amp last but also make sure you turn the volume to minimum beforehand and then it shouldn't come to any harm and protects your speakers as well.
