Hi does anyone know how or if I can sort a 25mm ( 1.8 ) Siemens lens I have please.

It has fogging around the rear element worked in quite towards the center of the lens seems to cause a sort of light spill and haziness if you will, not so sharp.

Any advice would be really great please. Thanks Mark.
