Hi Can anyone tell me the actual measurement of an eiki 16mm lens itself please.

IE 42.3mm or 42.5mm etc.

I assume you mean the front thread and not the barrel.
Without specialised equipment I best I can see (using two different tapes), is 45mm. Checked with a basic 2" lens.

Mark, if you are asking about the size of the part that goes Inside the projector, following the site I give below a link to, it should be 42,5 mm if there is no difference between 16 and super 16, as they precise it's a super 16 lens. http://www.cinemantika.fr/fr/objectifs/1220-objectif-eiki-50mm-super-16.html
