where can I get a 16cl that is the "latest version" with PROPER rollers installed, there are those who make them out of rubber tubing and I dont want that, how many "versions" were there? is there a way you can tell if the take up mod has been done without taking the plate off? thanks!

He makes them to the original specs. I don't know how many version of the 16-CL are but Urbanski sells two different sets depending on whether or not one of the shafts has a spring on it or not.

I bought my rollers from Urbanski. They are as good if not better than the originals.
